About This Product

By irradiating ultrasonic waves into a liquid, a process called cavitation occurs, in which bubbles are generated, compressed, and collapsed, forming a reaction field with temperatures of several thousand degrees and thousands of atmospheres. Using this ultrasonic energy, it becomes possible to synthesize completely new compounds that cannot be synthesized using conventional methods. The use of ultrasound is expected to advance and innovate chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry technologies.

■Features

・The SRK series is an experimental device that uses ultrasonic energy to promote chemical reactions, synthesize new compounds, disperse substances, emulsify, extract, etc. ・Chemical reactions can be promoted using high frequency ultrasound. -The ultrasonic oscillator is digital and has a timer, making it easy to set the output mode and adjust the ultrasonic output. ・The ratio of pulse and termination period can be adjusted as necessary, making it possible to suppress the temperature rise of the sample. ・The reaction temperature can be controlled by flowing a temperature control medium through the jacket. ・Reactants can be stirred using a stirring device. -Uses an ultrasonic generator with an immersion type transducer, and it is also possible to conduct ultrasound irradiation experiments by placing the immersion type transducer in a constant temperature water bath.
