About This Product

By irradiating ultrasonic waves into a liquid, a process called cavitation occurs, in which bubbles are generated, compressed, and collapsed, forming a reaction field with temperatures of several thousand degrees and thousands of atmospheres. Using this ultrasonic energy, it becomes possible to synthesize completely new compounds that cannot be synthesized using conventional methods. The use of ultrasound is expected to advance and innovate chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industry technologies.

■Features

・Patent acquired. ・The flow tube type ultrasonic reactor SRT series is suitable for sonochemistry experimental research and industrial mass processing (sonoprocess) equipment. Continuous processing is possible by passing the reaction solution through the tube. -Using a rod-shaped vibrator (radiator), ultrasonic energy can be radiated in 360 degrees from the vibrator surface, creating a more uniform sound field. -Easy to combine with peripheral equipment. ・You can choose from two types of joints for the processing liquid inlet and outlet: hose adapter (standard type) and pipe thread adapter. - Comes with a timer function, allowing you to set the irradiation time and intermission time.

■Acoustic radiation principle of ultrasonic transducer (radiator)

A round bar horn is used as the ultrasonic radiator, and a vibrator is attached to one end of the round bar horn. Utilizing the Poisson effect, in which the diametrical direction expands and contracts in response to the axial expansion and contraction of the radiator due to the vibration of the vibrator, the longitudinal vibration of the vibrator is converted into radial vibration, and the entire circumference of the radiator is Emit sound waves in 360 degrees. Thereby, a uniform sound field can be formed inside the reaction container.
