About This Product

By irradiating ultrasonic waves into a liquid, a process called cavitation occurs, in which bubbles are generated, compressed, and collapsed, forming a reaction field with temperatures of several thousand degrees and thousands of atmospheres. Using this ultrasonic energy, it becomes possible to synthesize completely new compounds that cannot be synthesized using conventional methods. ■The SR series ultrasonic reactor is a device that uses ultrasonic energy to promote chemical reactions, synthesize new compounds, disperse, emulsify, extract, and perform other processes. This device is an internal irradiation type device that is most suitable for industrial mass processing, and emits ultrasonic energy in a 360-degree direction from a rod-shaped ultrasonic transducer (radiator), resulting in a more uniform sound field.

■Acoustic radiation principle of ultrasonic transducer (radiator)
