About This Product
The desizing scouring device/reduction cleaning device (FV cleaning device/system) is a device that generates strong vibrations in water to clean and process workpieces. Vibration is generated by rotating the chrysanthemum-shaped rotor, which pushes or sucks the cleaning water through the uneven surface of the rotor, generating waves.
These waves occur repeatedly at a frequency of up to several thousand Hz, resulting in dynamic waves that wash the cloth running on the surface of the punching roll by giving it intense vibration and penetration. Desizing scouring equipment and reduction cleaning equipment are effective by transmitting vibrations to soft materials such as textiles and non-woven fabrics.
■Features
・Cleaning effect is 2 to 3 times more effective than conventional water washer.
- Improved texture due to the rubbing effect of vibration.
・A water-saving washing machine that saves washing water.
- Due to the simple structure, there is very little chance of tangles of fuzz.
- Maintenance is easy because no underwater bearings are used. A common method is to use ultrasound. However, although ultrasonic waves have a high frequency, their amplitude is small, so their power is weak. It is effective for hard workpieces such as metal, but it is ineffective for soft workpieces such as textiles and non-woven fabrics because the power is absorbed.
