Rubber batch type vulcanization equipment (HAV) Beluf Z uses a direct flame (gas burner type) as the heat source and circulates hot air to eliminate reactions that occur during vulcanization that could not be processed with conventional (electric heating) methods. Since the gas is processed in the combustion chamber, the exhaust gas concentration can be reduced. The interior of the vulcanization furnace is made of stainless steel, so cleaning is easy.
