Continuous Rubber Vulcanization Equipment (HAV) Beruf is a machine that vulcanizes rubber by applying high-temperature hot air evenly to rubber at high wind speeds.

■Features

・Line speed is increased, and production efficiency can be expected to be significantly improved. - Immediately after the extruder, the surface of the workpiece is quickly vulcanized at high temperature to form a skin layer, resulting in stable outer diameter dimensional accuracy. After that, even if internal vulcanization is performed using microwaves, no surface unevenness or outside diameter dimensional errors will occur due to the skin layer. Therefore, the defective rate is reduced. ・Uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace ・Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), nitrile rubber (HNBR) ・The jet nozzle blows high-speed air onto the workpiece from above and below to promote vulcanization.

■Applications

・Ideal for sponge rubber vulcanization, even more powerful when used in conjunction with a microwave vulcanizer. Stable outer diameter dimensional accuracy. ・Ideal for solid rubber vulcanization, such as hoses and tubes that require dimensional accuracy. - If you plan to increase the production efficiency of an existing line, regardless of whether it is sponge rubber or solid rubber, you can achieve your goal by incorporating this HTC type into the existing line.
