About This Product

Bent pipe continuous vulcanization equipment (HAV) is a pressureless continuous vulcanization equipment that applies high temperature (MAX 230℃) hot air evenly to bent pipes. With the aim of stabilizing productivity and increasing efficiency, we have created a continuous vulcanizer by semi-automating the secondary vulcanization that was previously performed in a batch-type vulcanizer. Used for high-performance automobile hoses, etc.

■Features

・Production efficiency is improved because continuous vulcanization is possible. - Work efficiency is improved by automatically bringing the mandrel to the specified position with the robot hand. ・Continuous vulcanization greatly improves the efficiency of removing rubber from the mandrel. -The device is very compact and easy to maintain.

■Applications

Ideal for high-performance automotive hoses and secondary vulcanization for peroxide vulcanization.
