Peroxide vulcanization (crosslinking) equipment (for silicone rubber, etc.) is a machine that applies peroxide vulcanization to silicone rubber, etc. by uniformly applying high-temperature hot air at high air speed.

■Features

・Line speed is increased, and production efficiency can be expected to be significantly improved. ・Immediately after the extruder, the workpiece is quickly peroxide cured (crosslinked) at high temperature to form a skin layer, resulting in stable outer diameter dimensional accuracy. ・The temperature distribution inside the furnace is uniform.A jet nozzle blows high-speed air onto the workpiece from above and below to promote peroxide vulcanization (crosslinking).

- Ideal for crosslinking silicone sponge rubber. - Ideal for silicone solid rubber crosslinking (peroxide vulcanization) where dimensional accuracy is required. - If you are planning to increase the production efficiency of an existing line, regardless of whether it is silicone sponge rubber or silicone solid rubber, you can achieve your goal by incorporating it into the existing line.
