Flexible due to thin seamless sleeve on outer diameter Air-pressure-filled roll for ultra-soft touch

■Features

-The outer diameter part is a thin metal seamless sleeve, and pressurized air is sealed inside, so even though it is a metal roll, it can achieve flexible nip pressure with a softer touch than a rubber roll. ・Temperature can be adjusted by flowing cooling or heating fluid inside. ・The surface can be mirror-finished, or it can be made rough to create diffused reflection conditions or fine processing conditions. - Elastic force and nip surface pressure can be controlled by adjusting the air internal pressure.

・Solar cell manufacturing process, optical film/functional film manufacturing process ・Various sheet manufacturing processes, fuel cell manufacturing processes, low rotation inertia conveyor rolls ・Micro-processed surface film, manufacturing process, various rolls for printing machines
