A welded pipe is a pipe made by butt-welding rounded steel plates. A semi-seamless pipe is a welded pipe that has been drawn out to make the welds less noticeable.
■Features
・Welded pipes can be manufactured from a single piece with the desired dimensions, and we specialize in thin walls (0.1 to 0.3 mm) and large diameters (φ200 to 300 mm).
・Minimum lot length for semi-seamless pipes is 100m or more (varies depending on material and dimensions)
■Applications
・Cover for sliding parts of machine tools, magnetic roller cover
・Electron tube parts, building materials, cable guides
