About This Product

Ultra-thin, suitable for small pulley diameters, and has excellent surface smoothness.

■Features

・The belt surface has excellent flatness, making it ideal for stopping conveyed objects. - Chemical and heat resistant, ideal for use in harsh environments - Low dust generation, ideal for use in clean rooms ・Excellent conductivity and no static electricity ・Since it is made of stainless steel, it is recyclable and environmentally friendly. ・The surface can be coated by forming a thin film on the belt or by sandwiching the base material with the film. ・Thickness is uniform because stainless steel belt is used ・The endless part is precision butt welded so that the thickness can be almost the same as the base metal. ・Belt surface can be processed to be flat and mirror-finished ・Belt can be heated and cooled
