About This Product

A steel open belt is an open-ended steel belt with a belt terminal. Due to its high rigidity and excellent responsiveness, the performance of the device is greatly improved. It is also possible to attach a reinforcing plate for screwing to the terminal and drill holes.

■Features

・As it is made of high-tensile stainless steel, it has high rigidity and very little elongation, so it can easily speed up starting and stopping speeds. ・Since the steel open belt is made of stainless steel, it has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, and can be used in harsh environments. ・There is no backlash like with gear timing belts, and there is less loss when starting and stopping. ・Steel open belt is extremely thin, compact and lightweight. ・Since it is made of stainless steel, it is recyclable and environmentally friendly. ・By fixing the end of the steel open belt, as shown in the application example diagram ③, there is almost no play seen during forward and reverse rotation, making it easy to repeatedly control precise positioning. ・By wrapping the reel in layers, feeding and winding can be performed more smoothly than with wire (steel open belt used in the pinning process) ・Can also be wound onto existing steel open belt reels ・The edges of the steel open belt for pinning are rounded to create a burr-free finish. - Good discharge efficiency because it can be manufactured with a thin belt
