About This Product

After endless butt welding, the structure of the weld and base metal parts is made uniform through a heat treatment process, and then ring rolled to create a seamless belt with no joining steps and suitable for precision drives.

■Features

・Compact design due to ultra-thin belt thickness ・Compared to other transmission mechanisms (timing belts), there is no uneven feeding, vibration, or backlash, allowing for highly accurate power transmission. ・Since the belt is seamless, it can be used with small pulleys. ・Because the entire circumference is specially rolled (full circumference rolling), the belt has uniform physical properties over its entire length and has a long service life. ・Quiet sound, speed up possible ・Since it is made of stainless steel, it is recyclable and environmentally friendly. ・Can be manufactured from one piece without any initial investment such as molds etc.
