About This Product
The X1 series has the connectivity and flexibility required for the edge that connects FA and IT, accelerating the smartization of manufacturing sites.
■OPC UA server/client support
・Since it is equipped with both OPC UA server and client functions, data can be collected in collaboration with both the office and the field.
- Even if the equipment at the site does not support OPC UA, the X1 series functions as an OPC UA gateway and can exchange data with the upper OPC UA client.
- OPC UA enables collaboration between the site and the host system and standardizes equipment.
■Workpiece conveyance device
By aggregating data from multiple devices at the site and linking it with higher-level IT systems using OPC UA, we can improve productivity and quality and standardize equipment. By adopting the X1 series in equipment equipped with industrial robots, we will contribute to increasing the added value of robots that play a role as factory automation tools.
■Cloud (MQTT) connection supported
Operation data, production data, status data, etc. of the connection diagram device can be sent to the cloud using MQTT for data collection and storage, contributing to factory visualization and improvement. Can be linked with Microsoft Azure platform. This allows you to utilize services such as various cloud tools and frameworks.
■Pharmaceutical equipment
By connecting to the cloud and analyzing, visualizing, and understanding trends of collected data, you can streamline and improve your production system. Additionally, by installing the X1 series in pharmaceutical equipment that requires advanced security management, it will help ensure security in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
■System Configurator
Application installation and various Windows settings are performed using the X1 series' System Configurator. With System Configurator, installed Windows apps can be easily started and switched from switches on the HMI screen without displaying the Windows screen. The X1 series has a Windows-independent design that combines the best features of a dedicated HMI machine and an IPC (industrial PC).
