■Product overview

Okudake Sensor Solution II EX1 automates the temperature control required in various fields including the food industry, and enables the central monitoring and management of local data from multiple locations and factories from the head office.

■Basic set [on-prem type]

The basic set (without internet use) can be used with the pre-installed Okudake configuration tool or the open source IoT platform (free software: ThingsBoard). ・Okudake sensor handset × n units *1 ・Okudake sensor base unit (NSX) x 1 set [Main unit, antenna x 3 AC adapter] ・Okudake setting tool (with viewer function) ・ThingsBoard connection driver

■Supports temperatures from -40℃ (uses an external temperature sensor)

Equipped as standard with an external temperature sensor probe that can measure temperatures from -40 to 60℃, making it possible to measure temperatures over a wide range.

■ Operates for 3 years on battery

It runs for about 3 years with a cylindrical lithium battery.

■Can be used immediately on the spot

Okudake Sensor Solution IIEX1 base unit and slave unit are paired at the time of shipment, so simply turning on the slave unit will start communicating with the base unit.

■Sub giga (920MHz band)

Specified low-power radios have long communication distances and high diffraction properties, and can collect data even in crowded places or in buildings with obstructions.

■Bluetooth®

With future firmware updates, it will also be possible to connect with Bluetooth sensor devices made by other companies.

■USB power supply compatible

Operating time can be extended by receiving power via USB power supply. You can use a mobile battery or USB-AC adapter as an external power source. *Depending on the mobile battery, the load may be low and the power supply may stop.

■Waterproof compatible

Waterproof performance is IPX4. (*Excluding when connected via USB)

■Advanced encryption/communication security

Implemented with encryption (AES256bit) of sensor data between the child device and the parent device.

■Data visualization

You can view sensor data sent from the handset on your PC.

■“IoT visualization” on the dashboard

Displays various data on an easy-to-read screen.
