■Summary

・This equipment heats and dries the conductive adhesive of crystal devices (oscillators, oscillators, filters, etc.) arranged on a metal tray in a clean N2 atmosphere controlled to a certain temperature curve. ・Inline connection with blank-equipped machines is possible. The loader receives the metal tray carried out from the blank loading machine and transports it into the furnace. ・The unloader stores the metal tray that comes out of the furnace into a special magazine.

■Features

・We have a stable atmosphere heating furnace that uses a hot air circulation method through a HEPA filter, and a heater block type (direct tray heating) curing furnace that can handle steep temperature gradients. - Hot air circulation method can be selected from belt conveyor transportation method and walking beam transportation method. ・The heater block type curing furnace is compatible with the walking beam method. ・Hot air circulation type walking beam curing furnace minimizes particle generation and enables heating in a cleaner atmosphere. ・The belt conveyor type hot air circulation furnace has high production capacity, and up to 4 blank mounters can be connected to one curing furnace. ・Each heating furnace uses N2 atmosphere to heat to prevent product oxidation.

■Optional support

・In the case of a belt conveyor type curing furnace, up to 4 blank loading machines can be connected in-line. ・In the case of a walking beam curing furnace, up to two blank-loading machines can be connected in-line. ・An oxygen concentration meter can be attached.
