■SummaryThis device is a fully automatic device that applies UV curing adhesive to the VCM unit of the camera module, inserts the lens barrel, and fixes the adhesive using UV irradiation.

■Features・This device can perform continuous processing from reading barcodes on individual workpieces to applying adhesive, installing lens barrels, and UV curing.
- Apply UV curing adhesive for fixing the lens barrel after correcting the position using the image sensor.
・The lens barrel is inserted and mounted after position correction using an image sensor.
・Automatic coating pressure correction function and image sensor perform coating inspection before mounting the lens barrel.
- Compatible with class 100 cleanliness.

■Usage exampleThis device is ideal for incorporating lens barrels into VCM.

■Data managementLink the VCM 2D code and lens barrel 2D code and output to a file. Number of inputs, number of outputs, processing start time, processing end time, XY coordinates on the tray, magazine slot number, etc.
