About This Product

・This is a fully automatic device that applies a line of Ag paste between the stiffener (reinforcing material) bonded to the camera module and the camera module housing, and inspects the application status. ・Since the position and height of the stiffener is measured using image processing, it is possible to apply with the optimal gap.

・High speed with 3 stages and 3 heads - Image recognition of the workpiece is performed to accurately control the needle tip position. XYZΘcontrol
