About This Product

■Summary

・Processes the application of various resins to camera module boards quickly and cleanly. ・We also manufacture custom-made dispensers that apply to the side and back surfaces of modules.

■Features

-Equipped with a coating robot with 4 heads (2 heads, 2 stations), enabling high-speed processing. ・It is also ideal for applications where two types of resin are applied. ・The dispenser is equipped with an air pulse type as standard. Also available for jet type etc. ・Thorough cleanliness measures have achieved class 100 cleanliness even during operation. ・Creating dispensing data for new models is also very easy. ・Supports display in 3 languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese.

■Usage example

Examples of coating resins: adhesives, silver paste, dust trap agents, anti-reflection materials, etc.
