About This Product

■Summary・This device is a device that performs active alignment (6-axis adjustment) and assembles a lens holder (VCM, etc.) to the image sensor.
・It is ideal for producing high-quality camera modules because it accurately aligns focus, tilt, and XY center.
・This is a fully automatic device that performs UV adhesive application, active alignment (AA), and UV temporary curing.
・Achieves high throughput of UPH1000.

■Features- Can operate in PreAA mode.
・The FOV angle of the focus scan unit is variable.
- Possible to measure through focus data of finished products.
・Single-head dispensing simplifies setup and reduces time spent setting dispensing conditions.
-The optical unit is small.
- Thorough cleanliness measures have achieved Class 100 or below.
・SFR measurement method is used for image measurement.
