■Summary

The CAM system utilizes the know-how cultivated over many years to help improve productivity, implementation quality, and data operation management issues.

■Features

・Visual editor that simulates mounter implementation ・Automatically generate part data one after another from multiple part images ・Ultra-high-speed auto-teaching of 1,000 points in 10 seconds without land information using unique artificial intelligence color image recognition ・Supports implementation data conversion from ODB++, GenCAD, and FABmaster PC-7 standard features

■General-purpose converter

Converts and generates Yamaha mounter data from CAD/BOM data and other company's mounter data. Data from up to 20 files and 10 templates (data structure definition files) can be synthesized. With templates, it is also possible to exclude unnecessary data or specify only necessary data. Before performing conversion, you can check how the data will be converted using the exploded view and color-coded preview to ensure that the required data is converted.

■Visual editor

In the visual editor, you can see ``If it is mounted with this board data, it will be mounted like this.'' ' is accurately reproduced as a picture of the component on the board image. The corrected data is displayed in real time on the visual editor screen, and through mounting simulation, it is possible to produce with data that has been reliably verified in advance for part names, pattern names, constants, polarity, and packaging, and data editing on the machine is required. It will be gone.

■High-speed, high-precision auto-teaching

The part center definition and angle definition of CAD data and other company's mounter data may differ from Yamaha mounter data, and this data must be edited. Auto-teaching's artificial intelligence recognition can reliably detect the areas to be corrected, and auto-teaching can easily correct these issues. In addition, it is an innovative tool that allows you to quickly create board data that can be mounted using the digitizing and auto-teaching functions even without CAD data such as adding parts. * Either a Gerber image tool, a commercially available scanner accuracy correction kit, or a standard CAM conversion tool is required.
