Features

■Series of operations are easy and automatic

In the field of polymer chemistry, various liquid viscosity measurements are performed. This device performs a series of simple and automatic operations for viscosity measurement (using a glass capillary viscometer), from supplying the sample liquid to the measurement bulb in the viscosity tube, to measuring kinematic viscosity and outputting the measurement results. Automatic viscosity measuring device. Optical fiber is used to detect the liquid level, making it possible to accurately measure the falling time. (Highly reliable sensing due to the adoption of a unique liquid level sensing system) Fiber used: Standard type Usable temperature range: 20 to 50℃ (Optional high temperature type available for use between +300℃) Colored A high frequency liquid level sensor HF-300 type that can also be used for samples is also available separately. It is designed to be able to measure even relatively high viscosities. Device configuration and specifications

■Control measurement unit [Size: 450 x 320 x 480]

Measurement up to 1/100 second is possible. Settings and measurement data can be viewed using a touch panel. Equipped with a printer output, and optional communication output of measurement data is also available.

■Precision constant temperature chamber [Size: 550 x 460 x 585] (including cooling unit space)

One standard viscosity tube

■Temperature controller

Temperature range 20~40℃ ±0.02 (stability), electronic cooling unit (room temperature 10~35℃) Specifications for the temperature range can be changed separately.

■Solenoid valve unit [Size: 230 x 360 x 520]

All wetted parts are made of Teflon and glass (some silicone rubber), and a built-in discharge pump etc.

■Photoelectric conversion unit (optional for color samples)

Adopts unique liquid level sensing system

■Auto sampler [Size: 320 x 550 x 400]

Standard, 6 100ml Erlenmeyer flasks (8 or 10 flasks available separately)

■Dedicated capillary viscometer

Measuring viscosity range (approximate): Solution viscosity with a relative viscosity of about 2.5 to 3 (varies slightly depending on the solvent)

■Power supply

Waste liquid bottle 2L (with waste liquid upper limit sensor)
