About This Product
■Summary
A new material using high-density polyethylene that has properties similar to metal wire. Taking advantage of this feature, it is used for masks, hats, plastic wire (binding material), art flowers, etc. In addition, by adding winding changes to paper yarn, etc., it can be used in a wider variety of ways.
■Shape retention
Shape retention refers to the property of a material that retains its shape when deformed, such as a metal wire. When bent at right angles, it exhibits a value close to that of metal wire. Heat resistance is around 80℃, and shape retention is relaxed under high temperature conditions. Also, if a load is applied, the shape retention will be relaxed below 80℃.
■Harmful
Since the material is polyopine, which is made of carbon and hydrogen, no harmful gases are emitted when burned in an incinerator.
■Hygiene
Since the material is high-density polyethylene, it can also be used for food applications.
■Chemical resistance
Shows excellent chemical resistance to most chemicals.
