■Features

- Filter integrity tests can be performed fully automatically and unattended. Integrity testing is completely unmanned as a step in the automated manufacturing process. ・AIT-PHT is installed in the process main control panel and operates by signals from the process control PLC. ・The test process progresses by opening and closing test valves installed on the line. It receives analog signals from sensors (pressure/temperature) and determines pass/fail of the test. ・After the test is completed, a completion signal is returned to the PLC and subsequent processes proceed. ・Even when producing 24 hours a day, there is no need to spend time on integrity testing.

■You can use products from each filter manufacturer.

If you provide us with the filter standard values, we can calculate and set the time and pressure required for the testing process, and you can use any manufacturer's filter. Regarding the number of filters, we also have a track record with large multi-housings (30 inches, 72 filters).

■“Visualization” of the testing process

Since you can see the valve opening/closing and test pressure status during the testing process, it is easy to investigate the cause in the event of a failure or test abnormality (leakage, filter damage, sensor abnormality, etc.).

■Test data can be saved on a central monitoring PC.
