About This Product
The specifications for the front and back materials of the Fine Jacket have been changed to PTFE glass cloth. It inherits the advantages of Fine Jacket, and exceeds the physical properties of standard glass silicone cloth, with excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, and weather resistance.
Due to the characteristics of PTFE, its surface is slippery and has no grip, making it difficult for dust to adhere to it, so it is increasingly being used in food plants. In addition, the thread is made of 100% PTFE material, so it has excellent physical properties and abrasion resistance.
The temperature range is less than 250℃. (If the inner material is made of a heat-resistant material other than PTFE glass cloth, the temperature range can reach up to 900℃.)

In addition, for environments with severe dust generation, such as clean rooms, we can also offer products that use PTFE film as the surface material without using fibers and melamine foam as the insulation material.
