About This Product

Fine Jacket" fits all kinds of equipment, and has various functions such as insulation (energy saving), heat shielding (heat stroke prevention, burn prevention), sound insulation (noise prevention), heat retention (freezing prevention, dew condensation prevention), safety measures (collision prevention), etc. It can be manufactured according to the purpose of use. By using glass silicone cloth as the surface material, costs can be reduced and the investment recovery period can be shortened.

■For steam piping and valves 80℃~200℃

This is a thermal cover for steam at temperatures of 100℃ to 200℃. Suitable for valves and piping commonly found in air conditioning equipment.

■For cold and hot water -5℃～80℃

A thermal cover designed to prevent condensation and keep hot water warm. Suitable for heat exchangers in air conditioning equipment and tanks in food plants.

■For high temperature equipment 80℃～900℃

A thermal cover for high temperature areas such as drying ovens, extruders, boilers, and exhaust pipes. Up to 200℃, the specifications are the same as those for steam piping and valves, but above 200℃, we will change the specifications and design with materials that can handle high temperatures.

■For freezing prevention -20℃～20℃

A thermal cover for outdoor pumps and piping to prevent freezing. It is used to maintain heat in water treatment equipment to increase the efficiency of pumps and heaters.

■Design that is easy to put on and take off

The jacket manufactured at the factory can be easily and quickly installed on-site, which also helps shorten the construction period. In addition, the magic fastener allows for easy installation and removal, which is very effective during maintenance, and can be used repeatedly to reduce waste.

■Excellent energy saving effect

By installing a fine jacket, you can prevent the dissipation of thermal energy and significantly reduce fuel costs, making it extremely effective in saving energy.
