■Functions/Features
The robot car development kit uses GoPiGo3, various sensors, cameras, Raspberry Pi 3B+ hardware, and development sample programs mainly created in Python to enable automatic driving, voice-controlled driving using Alexa, OpenCV, YOLO, You can perform image recognition such as Google Cloud Vision. Ideal as a starter kit for robot development.
■What is GoPiGo?
・GoPiGo was developed by Dexter for the purpose of allowing a wide range of people, from elementary school students to universities and working adults, to learn programs using robots. Many have already been introduced and utilized. It is also famous for its Mars exploration project.
- Features include many sensors such as cameras, distance sensors, line sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and their programs are also publicly available.
・Programming languages such as Scratch, Python, Java, and C are available, and the OS can be used depending on the usage, such as Raspbian or DEX OS. It can accommodate a wide range of users from beginners to advanced users.
