Perform pipe interior cleaning and pipe investigation at the same time, and convert pipes with unknown routes into 3D using the mapping function

■Product overview

Using high-pressure cleaning water jets, we move inside the pipes while cleaning, capturing internal images, and mapping. Equipped with a camera and gyro sensor at the tip, it maps the unknown tube and draws a trajectory in 3D.

■Integrated camera with built-in sensor and high pressure cleaning hose

You can work while checking the internal situation on video. You can work while checking the direction of travel at piping branches on video. In addition, since the jet is used as the propulsion force, pipe cleaning is more reliable and faster than conventional pipe cameras.

■How to use

Connect it to your high-pressure washer, etc., and pour it in through the cleaning port. All that's left to do is work as you would with a conventional pipe cleaning hose. Since you can operate the machine while viewing internal images on the PC screen, you can work while checking the cleaning status and direction of progress. By integrating a camera with a built-in sensor and a high-pressure cleaning hose, pipe cleaning work is made more efficient. The 170° wide-angle camera, gyro sensor, and high-brightness LED allow you to capture clear footage.

By using high-pressure washing water jet for propulsion, no other power is required, making the system compact and simple and compatible with 40φ piping.

■Feature 3

The piping route is visualized in 3D using the gyro sensor and distance measuring device at the tip. By linking and storing video data, you can check the video at any location within the pipe. It is possible to pinpoint problem areas. Washing hose connection size: 1/4 inch, please attach a connection coupler if necessary.
