About This Product

Our patented technology enables immediate automation of tasks that require the most sensitivity and flexibility. It enables short cycle times and high return on investment, even in surface processing that requires skilled techniques and delicate applications. ACF automates manual work, which is considered problematic, with high quality standards. Additionally, it can be applied to all robots, is surprisingly easy to install, and provides convincing performance. Surface treatment: Suitable for most surface treatments such as polishing (sanding, polishing, grinding, buffing), cleaning, laminating, paint removal, brushing, deburring, etc. Materials: iron, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, carbon, plastic, wood, ceramic, coconut fiber, etc. Other delicate handling operations: picking operations, insertion, joining, packing, assembly operations, gluing, parts inspection, quality inspection. Features

■Full control of pressing force

Mutual compensation of surface tolerances up to 100 mm due to guaranteed constant pressing force. No adaptation of robot trajectory.

■Gravity correction

It also compensates for changes in the posture of the robot and the target object to maintain a constant processing pressure, ensuring a constant pressing force against the target object without the need for additional programs.

■Passive security, high-speed control

Mechanical actuators and sensor elements with a high degree of process safety using robust mechanical structures that combine passive security and high-speed control.

■Simple system integration - highest quality standards

Simple integration using standard interfaces. Quality can be checked smoothly by constantly receiving feedback on contact status, position, and actual pressing force.
