About This Product

ACF-K is a plug-and-play system that allows for quick changes to each application by replacing optimized special tools. Our patented Active Compliant Technology (ACT) controls the pressing force against the workpiece with a human-like feel, realizing automated high-quality finishing. It enables flexible, simple, reliable and sophisticated automation for all batch sizes.

■Various automation kits optimized for surface treatment using collaborative robots

Developed primarily for collaborative robots, ACF-K optimizes various surface treatments that have traditionally relied on human hands. By changing the optimized dedicated tools, it is possible to quickly adapt to each application as a plug-and-play system. Our patented ActiveCompliant Technology (ACT) controls the pressing force against the workpiece with human-like sensations, enabling high-quality finishing. It enables flexible, simple, reliable and sophisticated automation for all batch sizes.

■Full control of pressing force

Mutual correction within a range of up to 35mm. Automatically compensates for surface errors and guarantees a constant pressing force.

■Gravity correction

It also compensates for the gravity caused by the contact posture between the robot and the object, ensuring a constant pressing force against the object without the need for additional programs.

■Passive security, high-speed control

Highly reliable mechanical actuators and sensor elements with robust mechanical structure that integrates passive security and high-speed control

■Various automation kits

A user-friendly plug-and-play kit ideal for surface finishing on almost any shape or material. Easy and flexible changing of tools
