About This Product

ASK401 (brush) is a surface cleaning model whose main uses are spot welding on automobile white bodies, spatter removal after laser welding, and soot removal. Brushing work with fully controlled contact force creates a high-quality finish before painting, which is a prerequisite for optimizing the painting process, and a fully automatic system using ASK401 enables the best finish without the need for post-processing.

■Surface cleaning, body-in-white treatment

Perfect surface treatment is possible in just one step: Spot welding and laser welding leave spatter and soot on the workpiece, but ASK's brushing operation that fully controls the contact force allows brushing to maintain the electrodeposited coating. becomes possible.
