About This Product

The AAK series is a fine-tuned system package based on our proprietary Active Compliant Technology (ACT) and an angle grinder optimized for robots. It is an integrated solution that enables automation of industrial polishing processes by controlling all parameters such as rotation speed and pressing force. The AAK415 is a system package that precisely matches Active Compliant Technology (ACT) and automatic tool change capabilities optimized for robotic use. A sophisticated exchange tool, 90° drive allows for quick work changes as a plug-and-play system. This integrated complete solution automates the machining process with independent control of all parameters such as rotational speed, contact force and feed rate. The end effector with tool taper holder is fully integrated with a powerful servo motor and available in two performance versions. Universally compatible with many common abrasive attachments and independent of specific consumables or manufacturers. AAK415 is ideal for many types of surface machining and provides the highest machining quality in a single product. The system design is compact and lightweight. Extremely robust end effectors designed for industrial use with little maintenance and 24/7 performance.
