About This Product

The AOK series is a fine-tuned system package based on our proprietary Active Compliant Technology (ACT) and an orbital sander optimized for robots. It is an integrated solution that enables automation of industrial polishing processes by controlling all parameters such as rotation speed and pressing force.

・2-IN-1 sanding/polishing full automation ・Paint finishing (repair polishing) package solution The Active Orbital Kit (AOK) XS double header type allows one robot to perform two tasks (tools) quickly and efficiently without changing devices. Based on our patented technology ACT, it is an automatic control system package specifically designed for electric random orbital sanders/polishers. It leaves no polishing marks during surface processing of all materials handled by the robot, and as a ready-to-use automatic control solution, it exhibits high performance especially in industrial sanding and polishing processes for partial paint repair. A unique feature is innovative force monitoring with sensors and calibrated computational models to continuously verify contact pressure in real time. A heavy-duty end-arm tool, highly suitable for industrial applications, it operates 24/7 and delivers twice the output of standard devices. Additionally, this double header model is extremely lightweight and compact, allowing for extremely fast and highly sensitive reactions. Important parameters such as rotation speed, contact force, processing pressure and feed rate can be controlled individually, allowing 100% process control. The AOK XS double header requires little maintenance and is compatible with a wide range of abrasive materials.
