About This Product
Takagi Packaging Co., Ltd. manufactures a variety of cardboard cases, and boasts one of the highest production volumes among box manufacturers in Japan. We manufacture cases to meet a variety of requests, from large cardboard cases used for packaging large home appliances and motorcycles to small cases.
All flaps are the same length, and the two outer flaps are half the width of the box. Therefore, when the flap is closed, it will butt at the center. However, the inner flaps do not butt, so if you want the bottom to be flat, add padding. This type of case is very efficient, has very little loss during manufacturing, is used for a wide variety of contents, and is the most common type. It also has excellent pressure resistance. The dimensions of a cardboard case are expressed in mm in the order of length x width x depth.

・Most common, protects contents from vibration etc. and can be stacked high
・Enables individual design to maximize protection and packing functions to suit logistics conditions.
・As familiar items, it is sold in large quantities as tangerine boxes and cardboard boxes for moving.
■Cost
・It is the lowest cost because it does not require a wooden mold, is lightweight as a packaging material, and can be loaded efficiently, reducing cargo handling and logistics costs.
- Can be folded flat before use, saving storage space. Also, after use, it can be folded and stored until collected.
・Case format and size can be changed at low cost
■Size
・Size can be designed according to the contents
・Excellent workability, and the finished product is easy to assemble, seal, and open.
・For storage and delivery of luggage, type A is recommended first.
