About This Product
■A new proposal to replace the conventional weight type pressure gauge
E-DWT-H breaks pioneers the field of deadweight tester calibration and improves the hydraulic calibration process. E-DWT-H is a digital pressure calibrator that is a successor to mechanical weight-type pressure gauges, consisting of a piston/cylinder and a weight. Unlike weight-type pressure gauge calibration, it is lightweight and easy to use, and can be used not only in standard laboratories and instrument test rooms, but also for a wide range of on-site calibrations and tests.
This complete fluid pressure calibration system provides continuous, real-time digital pressure measurements. It combines ease of use and high precision, allowing the operator to easily generate high-quality pressure. The E-DWT-H's 1-year measurement uncertainty is ±0.02% of reading up to 200MPa range. We can also provide system configurations where this uncertainty can range from full scale to 1% of the range.
A built-in pressure generator and pressure adjustment mechanism allows the operator to easily fill the device under test with pressure medium, generate and fine-tune pressure across all ranges.

・Up to 200 MPa (30,000 psi) with standard pressure pump
・High volume (-HV) pressure pump up to 100 MPa (15,000 psi)
■Pressure medium
Delivered filled with oil (diethylhexyl sebacate ester) or dry Standard E-DWT-H is compatible with sebacate ester, silicone oil, propylene glycol, fully fluorinated liquids, partially fluorinated liquids , isopropyl alcohol, and distilled water. Skydrol or mineral oil is optional.
