About This Product

■GFS™ provides an accurate primary mass flow standard, making basic measurements of low gas mass flow rates practical.

- Compatible with various gas ranges from 0.2 to 200 mg/s (10 sccm to 10 slm of N2) ・Target gas: Non-corrosive gas, non-toxic gas ・Flow measurement uncertainty: ± 0.013% of reading value ・Maximum outlet pressure: 650 kPa (absolute pressure) ・Main weight measurement standards: measurement of mass and time ・Automatic unmanned operation possible The contact point in Japan for this product is Ote Giken Co., Ltd. The GFS Dynamic Gravimetry Mass Flow Calibrator consists of an electronic mass balance, housing, and electronics required for accurate real-time measurement of degraded gas mass and time of operation. To improve thermal stability and dampen vibrations, the balance is placed on a large granite plate and surrounded by a draft enclosure. In this system, the test gas is supplied by a pressurized cylinder. It is on balance and the mass is continuously measured to determine the mass lost and its proportions during the test. When this is done, the elapsed time is measured by a high speed USB counter/timer connected to the system controller. A wide variety of non-corrosive gases can be used in this system by simply evacuating the reference cylinder and pressurizing it with the appropriate medium.
