Molstic, molbloc's mounting system, allows you to fully realize the performance benefits of molbloc/molbox™ systems. Molstic offers technical solutions to practical problems such as mounting molblocs, connecting gas supplies, regulating pressure and connecting equipment under test. Top quality components are integrated into a compact assembly to ensure optimal performance of molbloc/molbox.
The molstic has a quick connector input for convenient connection to a gas supply. After this there is a 2 micron (0.5 micron for low flow) filter to protect downstream components. A variable regulator sets and adjusts the optimal upstream pressure for the molbloc and protects the molbox transducer from accidental overpressure.
The regulator range covers all standard molbloc working pressure ranges. A bellows shutoff valve directly in front of the molbloc allows gas supply to be shut off when changing configurations or checking the system for leaks.
A special cradle supports the molbloc. Downstream of the molbloc are connections and pads for attaching an MFC (mass flow controller), another device under test, or an optional metering valve kit for manual flow control.
A single channel molstic can accommodate one molbloc. The dual channel model allows you to install two molblocs at the same time, switch between two different molbloc ranges without changing the hardware, or take advantage of the functionality of molbox1+ to run two molblocs in parallel. can.
