■Features

・Supports range up to 5,000slm with N2 and air ・Compass software can be used with molbox1+ terminal or existing molbox1 and molbox RFM mass flow terminals Proven critical flow Venturi (sonic) nozzle operating principle supported by gravimetric calibration ・Very low sensitivity to contamination ・Measurement uncertainty: up to ±0.125% of reading (molbox1+), ±0.2% of reading (molbox1), ±0.5% of reading (molbox RFM) ・Air, N2, Ar, He and other calibrations are possible, supporting use under atmospheric conditions with humid air density correction ・Excellent rangeability of molbox1+S or other vacuum molbox models (10:1 turndown ratio) Duplicate upstream absolute pressure measurements by using absolute pressure transducers from both molboxes, reducing uncertainty and increasing reliability ・Integrated gas temperature control and measurement

■Normally used pressure range

20-200 kPa (3-30 psia) absolute upstream pressure or 50-500 kPa (7-70 psia) absolute upstream pressure, 200-2,000 kPa (30-300 psia) only with molbox1+S

■Inlet connection: 1E1-S to 1E2-S, 2E2-S to 2E3-S, 5E3-S and 1E4-S

■Outlet connection: 5E1-S to 2E3-S, 5E3-S, 1E4-S
