■On-site calibration achieves standard laboratory level accuracy
・The world's highest performance industrial heat source in terms of accuracy, stability, and uniformity
・Immersion degree: max. 203 mm
・Accuracy ±0.006 °C for models with ITS-90 reference temperature probe
・Temperature range covers –45 ℃ to 700 ℃ for 4 models
This metrology well incorporates breakthrough, patent-pending electronics to deliver laboratory-level quality in the field environment. New analog and digital control technology provides stability of ±0.005°C. Additionally, due to dual zone control, axial (or vertical) uniformity is ±0.02°C over a 60mm zone. With the exception of this metrology well, this level of performance cannot be achieved without a liquid bath.
There are six important factors in the performance of industrial heat sources. (This is explained in EA-10/13.) Calibrated display accuracy, stability, axial (vertical) uniformity, radial (well-to-well) uniformity, loading effects, hysteresis There are six. Fluke has added a seventh element to this, a full-fledged reference thermometer input, creating a new product category called metrology wells.
(Metrology Well is the only product that publishes specifications that address all performance categories in EA-10/13. Fluke specifications are not just estimates or guidelines; they are - Applies to wells
■Load effect (1 6.35 mm reference probe and 3 6.35 mm probes)
・±0.02℃ at –45℃
・±0.005℃ at –35℃
・±0.01℃ at 140℃
