■9100S Drywell
Despite its small size (57 cm height, 12.5 cm width) and light weight, the 9100S outperforms any drywell in its class. It's also a simple and easy-to-use product that can be up and running in just 15 minutes. It is suitable for on-site calibration of resistance thermometers, thermocouples, and small bimetallic thermometers, with temperatures up to 375 °C.
Plug it in, turn it on (note that these wells are fixed and cannot be replaced), set the temperature using the buttons on the front panel, and insert the probe into the appropriately sized well. Compare the reading of the thermometer you are calibrating to the reading on the display or to an external reference thermometer. The difference is the error of the thermometer.
When used with a Fluke Calibration temperature controller, the 9100S improves display resolution to 0.1 degrees, accuracy to ± 0.5°C, stability to ± 0.1°C, and stabilization time to 5 minutes.
■9102S Drywell
With a stability of ± 0.05°C for operations in the temperature range of –10°C to 122°C, the 9102S drywell is another industry first. Although this drywell is small at just 10 cm high and 15 cm wide, it achieves temperatures as low as –10°C, is NIST traceable, and has a stability of ±0.05°C. The 9102S is ideal for sensors such as dial gauges, digital thermometers, and valve switches that require calibration below room temperature.
The 9102S is equipped with two wells, so one can be used as a reference thermometer for increased accuracy. Both wells are 13mm (1/2 inch) in diameter and include inserts to accommodate almost any size sensor.
