■ Extremely stable and portable temperature calibrator
・World's smallest class portable bus
・Can calibrate sensors of any size and shape
・Stability ±0.015℃
・Range: –30 ℃ to 200 ℃
Fluke Calibration's Microbus is portable and extremely stable, allowing you to calibrate any sensor shape anywhere. Weighing only 4.5 kg including media, the 6102 is smaller and lighter than most drywells. It comes with a cover to prevent liquid leakage, so you can carry it even if there is liquid inside. You don't even need a cart.
Microbuses demonstrate their performance regardless of the location. The stability of each model is within ±0.03 °C, depending on the fluid used. Uniformity is within ±0.02 °C, allowing calibration with low uncertainty using a reference thermometer.
Even in the case of simple calibration without using a reference thermometer, the display accuracy is ±0.25 °C. This means you get the stability and precision of a liquid bath in the size of a drywell. This is different from a product that just puts oil in a dry well. Microbath is definitely a product with the same performance as a liquid bath.
The Microbus tank has a diameter of 48 mm and a depth of 140 mm and is capable of calibrating all types of sensors, including short, square and other unusually shaped sensors. The issues of accessibility and immersion to the heat source have been largely eliminated by using a liquid as the medium rather than dry block. Microbath is ideal for calibrating glass and bimetallic thermometers.
The temperature range is 35 °C to 200 °C for the 6102, –5 °C to 125 °C for the 7102, and 30 °C to 125 °C for the 7103. Stability, uniformity, and accuracy specifications are for the entire range of each bus, not at the best specified temperature.
The Microbus has an RS-232 port, comes standard with Interface-it software, and is also compatible with MET/TEMP II software. Also included are features such as terminals for testing temperature switches, set temperature storage (up to 8 points), ramp rate adjustment, and overtemperature safety devices.
