About This Product

■Portable temperature calibration bus that achieves four times the work efficiency and twice the accuracy of previous temperature calibrations.Introducing a portable temperature bath designed from the standpoint of processing and manufacturing professionals. Processing and manufacturing plants in fields such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and food use numerous temperature sensors for hygiene control, and these must be calibrated regularly. The production line must be temporarily stopped while the temperature sensor is calibrated. Therefore, high work efficiency reduces plant downtime.

Even a slight error of 0.3 to 0.4 degrees Celsius can lead to huge losses if a defective product is manufactured, so accurate temperature measurement is essential for quality control as well. .

Fluke Calibration's 6109A and 7109A Portable Temperature Calibration Baths address the needs of the process industry, providing twice the accuracy and four times the effort of sanitary temperature sensors compared to other portable baths in this application. A liquid bath that can be calibrated. It is larger than the Microbus and can calibrate up to four flanged sanitary sensors with a display accuracy of ±0.1 °C.
