■Precisely maintain the triple point of water for several weeks
・Maintains the triple point of water for up to 6 weeks
・Easily achieve cell solidification with immersion cooling tool (optional)
・Independent cutout circuit to prevent cell damage
Fluke Calibration's 7312 maintains two water triple point cells for weeks. It is also possible to maintain gallium cells. It can also be used for calibration in the range –5 °C to 110 °C.
If you frequently use regular-sized triple point water (TPW) cells, a maintenance bath can save you time and effort. The 7312 Water Triple Point Maintenance Bath keeps fixed point cells accurate for weeks even under heavy use.
The 7312 can accommodate two TPW cells. Additionally, there are three dedicated wells to properly cool the probe before taking measurements inside the cell. Both stability and uniformity are better than ±0.006 °C, and cells can be maintained for up to 8 weeks. No matter how you create the ice mantle, you can maintain it within 7312.
An independent protection circuit monitors the bath temperature and shuts off the cooling system in the event of a controller failure, protecting the cells from freezing and damage. It is manufactured to reduce noise, so it will not emit excessive noise in the calibration room.
Additionally, when used in conjunction with the 2031A “Quick Stick” immersion cooling tool, you can quickly create a hands-free ice mantle. Fill the 2031A container with dry ice and alcohol and insert it into the cell. The ice mantle forms in less than an hour while you complete other tasks. (Alternatively, you can use liquid nitrogen.)
Even if you take the time to form an ice mantle, if you keep the cell in a bucket of ice, the ice mantle will melt quickly. If you have a regular sized TPW cell, we recommend Fluke Calibration 7312 to maintain it correctly.
