■Designed to provide the longest plateau
・Extend the plateau
・Highly stable OEM controller, RS-232 included
・External cooling coil
There are several manufacturers of freezing point temperature furnaces. Many of these temperature furnaces have reasonable quality with good theoretical design. Most of them have similar pricing. However, there are differences that cannot be seen from the specifications or prices. It is the compatibility with the freezing point cells that it maintains.
These temperature furnaces are intended to achieve and maintain a plateau of the freezing point. No feature is more important than this performance. Fluke Calibration manufactures three fixed point furnaces that, when used with Fluke fixed point cells, provide the longest plateaus in the industry. Fluke Calibration's fixed point furnaces and cells can achieve plateaus ranging from 24 hours to over 40 hours.
Fixed point furnaces can also be used for comparative calibration and annealing. Stability and uniformity are critical in these processes. And there is no better indicator of stability and uniformity than the length of the stable period achieved by a temperature furnace.
All three temperature furnaces come with external cooling coils that circulate tap water at less than 60 PSIG and approximately 0.4 GPM to reduce the heat load on the laboratory. Also included is an RS-232 port and a thermal soak block for comparison calibration. An IEEE-488 interface package can also be added if desired.
One of Fluke's three fixed point furnace models is sure to meet your needs. Please note that the best measure of temperature furnace performance is plateau. Please contact us for actual cell solidification performance data and temperature furnace gradient test data.
