About This Product

■ Demonstrates excellent ability in crushing fine powder such as limestone to glass bottles for recycling environments.

Maekawa Hammer Crusher is widely used for primary to secondary processing. This machine has a large crushing ratio (ratio of size before and after crushing), and by using a rostle (screen bar), it can crush to the desired particle size. Recently, they have been used for a variety of environment-related applications, and we have a lineup of hammers and rotors suitable for each application, so we can handle everything from soft to ultra-hard materials. ■Crushing mechanism

This machine is an impact type crusher, and the raw material is uniformly introduced into the crushing chamber by the hopper or feeder at the top of the feed port, and is continuously hit by a hammer rotating at high speed. It collides with a repellent plate located opposite, or collides with a bouncing mass and is crushed and ejected downward. The particle size of the crushed material is adjusted by the gap in the rostle (screen bar) installed below the casing. There is also a method of use in which the discharged product is sieved without using a rostol, and oversized grains are repeatedly crushed.
