About This Product
■Installation and use
・Before installation, perform sufficient flushing to remove dust, dirt, chips, etc. from inside the pipe.
・We recommend air treated with a filter of 40um or less.
- Take anti-freezing measures in low-temperature environments to prevent water in the system from freezing.
- If the cylinder is removed and will not be used for a long time, insert dustproof plugs into the IN and OUT ports of the product and apply anti-rust grease to the rod parts, etc.
■Features
・High steel strength, high precision, and high load capacity due to the integrated design of the guide rail and table and the adoption of a circulating linear guide. A through hole is installed on the table side, allowing the body to be attached and fixed from the top surface.
- A positioning pin hole is installed on the guide rail side.
- Design that can be connected to a floating joint and is resistant to moment loads.
・Two parallel piston rods double the output and prevent the rods from rotating.
- A positioning pin hole is installed on the body.
- There are through holes on both the ends and bottom of the body.
