About This Product

■Installation and use・If there is a load, use a cylinder with sufficient thrust.
・Please use a heat-resistant or corrosion-resistant type in environments with high temperatures or where rust or corrosion is a problem.
- Take protective measures in dusty locations or locations where water or oil droplets may be present.
・Before installation, perform sufficient flushing to remove dust, dirt, chips, etc. from inside the pipe.
・We recommend air treated with a filter of 40um or less.
- The cylinder head cover and piston are short, so choose an appropriate stroke and be careful not to make it too long.
- If the temperature is low, take measures to prevent freezing.
・In order to extend the service life of the machine and maintain its normal operation, please do not apply lateral loads.
- If the cylinder is removed and not used, cap the IN and OUT ports of the product.
 
■Features・Comply with JIS standards.
- Can be fixed to the main body from four directions, making installation and use easy and convenient.
・Since multiple cylinders can be fixed in parallel, installation space can be saved.
・There is a guide boss at the tip of the cylinder, so it can be installed and positioned accurately.
- Hard oxidation treatment is performed after precision machining of the inner diameter, so it has excellent wear resistance and durability.
・You can select a magnet type with position detection function.
- There is a groove for installing the sensor switch on the cylinder, which is convenient when installing the sensor switch.
・The piston uses a unique two-way sealing system, so it has a compact structure and the ability to store oil.
