About This Product

■Installation and use・If there is a load, use a cylinder with sufficient thrust.
・Please use a heat-resistant or corrosion-resistant type in environments with high temperatures or where rust or corrosion is a problem.
- Take protective measures in dusty locations or locations where water or oil droplets may be present.
・Before installation, perform sufficient flushing to remove dust, dirt, chips, etc. from inside the pipe.
・We recommend air treated with a filter of 40um or less.
- The cylinder head cover and piston are short, so choose an appropriate stroke and be careful not to make it too long.
- If the temperature is low, take measures to prevent freezing.
・In order to extend the service life of the machine and maintain its normal operation, please do not apply lateral loads.
- If the cylinder is removed and not used, cap the IN and OUT ports of the product.
 Note: Do not disassemble the head cover and rod cover by yourself.
・Installing and removing the C-type retaining ring: Attach and remove the C-type retaining ring at the appropriate address. Be sure to secure enough space to avoid damage to humans and surrounding machinery due to the C-type retaining ring popping out. Supply air after attaching the C-type retaining ring to the retaining ring groove on the main body.
