About This Product

■Installation and use ・If there is a load, use a cylinder with sufficient thrust.
 ・Please use a heat-resistant or corrosion-resistant type in environments with high temperatures or where rust or corrosion is a problem.
 - Take protective measures in dusty locations or locations where water or oil droplets may be present.
 ・Before installation, perform sufficient flushing to remove dust, dirt, chips, etc. from inside the pipe.
 ・We recommend air treated with a filter of 40um or less.
 - If the temperature is low, take measures to prevent freezing.
 ・In order to maintain the product's lifespan and normal operation, please be careful not to apply lateral loads.
 - If the cylinder is removed and not used, cap the IN and OUT ports of the product.
 Note: Do not disassemble the head cover and rod cover by yourself.

 ・The piston has a two-way sealed structure, allowing oil to be stored despite its compact size.
 - There are fixed rubber cushions on the front and rear covers to reduce the impact on the cylinder when changing direction.
 - The front and rear covers and stainless steel tubes use a caulking structure to ensure a secure connection.
 - The cylinder uses high-precision stainless steel pipe, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance.
 - There are multiple types of accessories to use when installing the cylinder, so you can choose from them.
