About This Product

■Compound vortex mixes “time”…Mikitan

The compound vortex generated inside the MIKITAN mixes the local concentration unevenness that occurs in the tube due to intermittent injection of chemicals into a uniform concentration. Recently, solenoid-type pumps have become mainstream as they are easy to perform proportional flow rate control, timer control, and various electronic controls. However, due to the characteristics of the drive system, intermittent operation of the chemical solution tends to cause uneven concentration. DASCO type mixing tank (MIKITAN) DMT-30 is a non-powered compound vortex type mixing tank that uses the power of water flow to generate two types of vortices in the tank to stir the mixed liquid.

■Applications

Uniform chlorine disinfection of drinking water. Uniform addition of nutrients at poultry farms. Uniform addition of liquid fertilizer in hydroponic cultivation. It is effective in other sites where uniform concentration of chemicals is essential.

■Features

・Eliminates concentration unevenness caused by intermittent injection of chemical solution. - Enables injection of undiluted drug solution without diluting it. ・Intraductal mechanism uniquely calculated and designed. ・It does not increase water head loss and has an excellent silent effect. ・You can reduce the use of excessive chemicals.
